I met with Anthony by appointment. We discussed the vehicle I wanted and he was very helpful in going over options and price. He then promptly located a vehicle meeting my requirements. I was a bit disappointed that the overall price was about $6,000 upwards of where I expected based on my internet research at jeep.ca. But I would definitely recommend Unique to friends and family. This is my second car at Unique Chrysler, I had a Jeep Compass before and this time I bought the Dodge. Mike C. Was the one who helped me with my Jeep 5 years ago. We returned to Unique about 3-4 years ago to purchase a second car, we were so unimpressed with the service and it seemed as though no one wanted to help us with anything, we soon realized that Mike Carobelli no longer worked there and upon realizing that we decided to go elsewhere. This past week we returned to Unique upon learning that Mike was back at the dealership, he and the sales person Nikki welcomed us like family. The work that Brenda did for us was outstanding! She went above and beyond and made sure we got the best rating on the best car for us. It was a great pleasure working with Nikki, she was so excited about the vehicle and knew everything about it. She set up the blue tooth connection that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own! One of the many great things that keep me coming back to this dealership is the service department. I brought my car in this past Tuesday, and when I arrived, I was informed that they would be keeping my ca this dealership is the service department.
