We purchased a Ram from Anthony at Unique in September, and told him we'd be back for a Jeep. We did just that. Mio completed our financing for us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was courteous and professional and we definitely felt comfortable with him. What we really enjoyed was when Michael (who did the financing on our Ram) dropped in to sit and chat with us for a few minutes, even though he wasn't a part of our particular transaction. He came in on his day off to accommodate us out-of-towners, had vehicle ready to take on a spin, cleaned, detailed and even smelled like a new car. He explained and demonstrated the options and even set- up my iPhone with the U-connect. He made sure my father who is diabetic and wasn’t feeling the best on arrival was comfortable in the lounge and provided juice and snacks from his own desk.
