I am writing this review to thank Dave....During the big snow storm we just had 02/05/2014 I was trying to fix the driver side hub assembly on my 2006 Dodge Caravan when I ran into a problem with the lock k snow storm we just had 02/05/2014 I was trying to fix the driver side hub assembly on my 2006 Dodge Caravan when I ran into a problem with the lock key on my rims,it was damaged and I could not remove it,in a pinch I called Unique and found that Dave was the last man in the Parts dept as everyone had gone home early due to the bad weather.I told him my situation and he told me to come over right away as he would wait for me before he went home for the day. We searched for and found a lock key that fit my lug and he was awesome at "lending" me the key for the night..(which I returned the next morning)..I was able to get the rim off and complete the hub replacement. Without Daves paitence and willingness to help me out I would have been stuck and not been able to drive my van.....the gratitude I have for him for taking the time to do this when everyone else was closing early or already closed is immense.....I have confidence in knowing that there really are some great people in the city of Burlington and Unique should be quite proud of the job Dave did on such a terrible day where he could have said "sorry we are closed" but he didnt!! Long story short, I visited Unique Chrysler on a Saturday and on Monday I had my vehicle. Excellent customer service, the sales person are very friendly. They both really helped me throughout the end and delivered a 2014 Dodge Challenger which is a great ride. Nicola answered every last minute questions and guided me through some of the basic controls of my vehicle. Mike helped me with the paper work which was real quick. I found this to be a great experience. Mil was excellent in helping get the deal I needed and budgeted for. He was in constant contact with me and informing me on every step of the way. Even when the deal looked like it was not going to happen Mil worked on my behalf to keep in contact with the lender and talked with his manager to help structure my deal so it could get approved. I had went back to another dealership that I had dealt with in the pass and had prior business with and this dealership took my info and I had to call them and never once did they return my calls. I had to call them to get updates until I had a final deal with Mil and Unique Chrysler. The other dealership still haven't called me back but now it doesn't matter. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a car to go to Unique and talk to Mil or any other staff member. Thank you Unique for a very good experience and look forward to dealing with Mil again in the future. More
