Great customer service! I was dealing with Crestview sales team and they treated me like garbage and didn't seem to care I was going to spend 60g on a new truck. I then went to Triple Seven and dealt with Russ Herman. He got me a better truck for a less price and knew everything about the ram. Still to this day I can call him for anything and he will go out of his way to help me. Great customer service and Russ will definitely be seeing repeat business and get recommendations through myself. More

Went out of their way to help me out I am new to town and I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina after being turned away by their competition down the road b I am new to town and I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina after being turned away by their competition down the road because it was "to close to closing time". Not only was Tom Lubas able to help me RIGHT AWAY but went out of his way to help me out and do the work himself even though he is a Service Manager. The drivers side power window regulator broke and in the process destroyed some of the other components in the door. Tom stuck to his original quote even though there was extra unseen damage and then helped me by keeping the vehicle indoors overnight because the window would not go up and I would have had to park downtown like that. I also requested an oil change which was done at an excellent price and they didn't charge me extra for "fluid top ups" that were not required like many other dealers do. I will be living in Regina now and Triple Seven hit it out of the park in winning my loyalty. I have no reason for going down the street where I was treated rudely and dismissed. Thanks Tom! More

Service Department is horrible!! I took my 2014 Jeep there because my front dif was leaking on both the left and right. Took it over to Crestview this week and they were indeed leaking really bad and both had to be changed! Thanks for letting me think it was ok and driving it like that when I could have ended up with some big issues! Never again will they get our business! You guys are ridiculous!!!!! More

Very poor service. Booked an appointment for a 'check engine' diagnostic. First problem was they set my appointment in their system for the time I had called to book th Booked an appointment for a 'check engine' diagnostic. First problem was they set my appointment in their system for the time I had called to book the appointment and not for the actual date and time that I was told. This was realized when I left dropped my vehicle off on the morning of my appointment. I showed up early, and was told I had missed my booking altogether. Second issue, for a simple computer diagnostic check, they had my vehicle in the shop all day. Was told of the repairs required and that parts were on order and they'd be there the next day so to keep things simple, they'd keep my vehicle overnight. I agreed and awaited a call the day after on the status of my repair. Never got one. I called in the afternoon to see how things were going and was told the parts never arrived and would be there the next day. Same thing as before, the vehicle was left over night and never received a call that anything was completed. This went on all week. I didn't get my vehicle repairs completed until late afternoon on Friday. They had the vehicle since 7:30 Monday morning. The repair was 3 hours. I never received a single courtesy call to let me know anything. I was the one that had to follow up and phone for status updates. Following that I thought, 'Ok, this must be a chance bad experience', so I took my vehicle there once again for my next service work. Again, the vehicle was dropped off at 7:30 am as per the appointment time, yet they took all day to do a simple diagnostic check and to tell me the parts were on order. For 3 days I hadn't received an update on the parts so I called in and was told they were ordered and he'd see where they were in shipping and that I'd get a call back to let me know. I never received the call back. I called again the next day, got the same response and no followup call back. For over two weeks I never received a call to let me know the status of the parts that were supposedly ordered. In the meantime, I'd taken the vehicle to another dealership and have since had the repairs completed, without ever receiving a call back from Triple Seven. Not once had I become difficult to deal with as I had been far too patient from the start. Seems they just didn't want the business. More
