Service department!! These guys are a joke! I can't believe they call themselves mechanics. Took my brand new jeep in 3 TIMES for traction control randomly coming on. Thes These guys are a joke! These morons can't find the problem, but then again they'd actually have to drive it, I had it there for 2 days and it never moved. Way to go service dept. I bought this brand new from them and wow their service blows badly! I took it in for another issue before and told them there's a banging from front drivers side whenever I turn "left" So mechanic takes it and turns right 6 times to go around the block then proceeds to say he doesn't hear anything. Duh! A right is not a left. I think a complaint with bbb might help my warranty work. Sad that it comes to this after spending a fortune buying a vehicle there. More

Highly recommend! I went in to buy a new van and they helped me out and never once made me feel pressured to buy. I was clear that affordability was important and they made sure I got financing and everything I asked for. As a single mother already feeling vulnerable and they really made me feel really comfortable. I would recommend Triple Seven to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

By far, my best experience at a dealership.. The first time I ever came into Triple Seven was in June. I wasn't looking to purchase anything for at least a few months. My boyfriend and I were app The first time I ever came into Triple Seven was in June. I wasn't looking to purchase anything for at least a few months. My boyfriend and I were approached by Russ Hermann and he was by far the best salesman that we have ever come across. He was very honest with us and explained that he didn't know much about Jeeps, which is what we were interested in, but always found the answers to our questions. We test drove many vehicles with Russ and we never felt rushed to make a decision or that we were being pushed into picking a vehicle that was out of our price range. He even turned me into a bit of a Ram fan, which I definitely was not before! We ended up falling in love with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and wanted to come back in a few months to test drive it again. Russ encouraged us to go and test drive other vehicles as well and explained that he would love to sell us a vehicle but in the end just wanted us to find a vehicle that suited us, regardless of the make. I did test drive many other vehicles and met many other sales associates but none compared to my experience at Triple Seven. Russ was a major part in us coming back to the dealership and an even bigger reason why I am a 2015 Jeep Cherokee owner today! Thank you so much, Russ, for being awesome!
