Customer service at it's finest!!! My Fiancé and I recently had to replace our brakes and with all the expenses life is throwing at us at this stage in our lives I was worried about the My Fiancé and I recently had to replace our brakes and with all the expenses life is throwing at us at this stage in our lives I was worried about the added expense. The first time I called in Mike Minarsky from the service department explained to me what parts of my brakes needed to be replaced and educated me on each parts importance and potential cost, I told him I was on a bit of a budget and he told me to bring it in and he would have a look at give me all my options. He priced out Toyota parts, after market parts and gave me other temporary options just incase. Mike made sure that choosing the Toyota parts was MY decision and I never felt pressured, he worked with us on our budget and made sure that we were taken care of. I can truly say even though I was nervous about having to get work done on my car I felt like Mike and Toyota made us feel like our loyalty was important to them and made me feel empowered to make our own decision. Other people always have horror stories with other dealerships, but I can honestly say if you choose to do business with Toyotatown you won’t be disappointed. I've owned my Corolla for fifteen years (and counting!) and have visited three Toyota dealerships in that time; Robert Dako is the best service adviso I've owned my Corolla for fifteen years (and counting!) and have visited three Toyota dealerships in that time; Robert Dako is the best service advisor I've ever met because the moment I book my appointment with him, he takes the initiative to order the necessary parts for my old car so that things are ready when I arrive at the dealership. This spares me the nuisance of making several trips to correct one problem. Recently, the necessary parts were backordered, and Rob loaned me a Corolla to use while mine was laid up. Sensible and thorough, Rob explains things clearly and shows good judgement. I trust his advice, I have confidence that his recommendations are in my best interest, and I always try to have him wait on me because he keeps his promises. If he ever left Toyotatown, I'd follow him! More
