Service Experience I took my Venza in for a warranty schedule oil change and check up. The service I received was excellent. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and answered all my questions. I will ask for him at my next service appointment. In addition my service work was completed in less time ten I expected. Service Excellence! I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound comi I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound coming from the passenger front wheel of my Scion was very serious! I was concerned I would not be able to drive for the entire long weekend!I e-mailed my service request after midnight on Friday - and had a response very early Saturday morning. I was invited to come in for an inspection. Upon arriving at about 8:15 am I was greeted by Peter Engelmanas. He was very attentive and assured me that they would be able to check out my Scion right away (the 8:00 app't was a no show!). He told me that the matter may be resolved easily - but he would let me know asap, and offered me a free coffee.. Within a half hour Peter returned to tell me that the issue was a loose fender liner, which had been repaired with a new clip, NO CHARGE! And I was offered a free car wash as well. So within a half hour I had my concerns addressed, my car fixed and washed - all for NO CHARGE! On a holiday weekend!!! I was extremely pleased and impressed with this level of service. More

You knew sell your brand, in this case Toyota. No matter how good is your product if there is not a good seller to close the sale. But most importantly someone who makes you smile. My car was first assessed by one of the technicians for no charge, and then Mike provided a brief explanation, then proceeded to show me how to respond to the issue, & then invited me to try a few times. Great Customer Service! I drive my father's car (Toyota Corolla) a great deal and attend all the servicing appointments on his behalf. The service department at ToyotaTown is so good that I actually enjoy taking the car in. The staff are very honest and trustworthy and really go out of their way to help. My latest service appointment was on Monday morning, when the car was having some starting issues. Amanda Krug was coordinating the appointment that day, and I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. For example, I was a bit late getting the car in and had missed the shuttle that I needed to get me to work that morning. Most people would just call that my problem, but Amanda looked around to see if there was any alternative that ToyotaTown could offer me. When I said I could easily take the bus, Amanda went around and checked whether there was a stop nearby and whether the bus would actually get me to work on time. When it appeared that it wouldn't, Amanda then went out of her way to find someone else at Toyotatown who could give me a ride to the office. I ended up having a very enjoyable talk with the person who drove me downtown and I was right on time for work! Thanks!!. More
