ToyotaTown - Service Centre

I recently purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from Toyota Town after a long search through the lots of other VW dealerships in and around London. Typically I'm reluctant to buy anything used from any Toyota Town after a long search through the lots of other VW dealerships in and around London. Typically I'm reluctant to buy anything used from any other branded dealer but the manufacturers (Understandably, it's hard for an outside dealer to have the same knowledge base about the car as someone who sells them regularly). My experience with Toyota Town was just the opposite. Sean McRae was easy to work with and continued following up with any questions I had even long after the sale. Post sale, I've since had the car into their service department 3 times to take care of some general maintenance, i.e. oil changes, new summer tires, etc. Me, always leaving things to the last minute, was able to call Sarah Cawston directly in the service department, the day of or end of day before and she managed to squeeze me in every time. Even on some very busy weekends. While there, Sarah was extremely helpful in addressing any questions I had and she even followed up with a local VW dealership to double check the specific service information for the car. Every time I picked up my car it was washed and ready to go. These guys are pros and I will be certainly taking my car back here for it's next service as well as consulting them first before my next car purchase. Keep up the great work! More

I have been doing my vehicle maintenance for years with Toyota Town , but this is the first time that I am so impressed by the lady who approaching me via her pleasant, knowledgable advises. Also, she is really patient and willing to listen and finally solve my problems about the vehicle's brake was replaced not by any Toyota dealers. The problems that I suffered are so complicated and unexpected to be solved due to my lacking of awareness. But Sara tried her best and behalf on me to represent the situations with Toyota Canada. I am really satisfied with the result with Sara's help. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Sara as one of the best service advisors. She is always there and try to meet all of our needs. More

I have dealt with Robert Dako for a few years. I find him to be friendly, cooperative and very knowledgeable. I have stopped in at times for advice only and he has taken the time to talk to me and advis him to be friendly, cooperative and very knowledgeable. I have stopped in at times for advice only and he has taken the time to talk to me and advise me. He is very professional and regularly 'goes the extra mile' to keep me a satisfied customer. Most recently, I needed snow tires installed and he was able to fit me in at the last minute. I most often have had Robert look after me when I take my vehicle in for service but if he is not available, the other service advisors are also very good. More
