Outstanding professional and friendly service! I was recently in to ToyotaTown for an oil change and the gold package detailing on my car. My service advisor Corey was friendly, engaged and helpful. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he assured me they would check it and let me know what they would recommend. I wanted to know if my fluid levels would be checked with a simple oil change. The answer was "yes". I was called before changing the interior cabin filters as they were in need of the change. I was also informed at the same time on the status of my tire - a simple fix. Good news! I was offered a loaner car as mine had to stay overnight but I didn't require it. My car was ready on time and looked brand new! The tires were incredibly clean and almost all my little scuffs in the paint and on the wheel covers were buffed out. The interior truly looked like a new car - my car is five years old. This is the second car I have purchased new from ToyotaTown and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done team! More

Outstanding Service, Warranty Honored Our Rav4 was suffering some serious transmission problems, so I limped it in to the dealership in the evening to see what was wrong. I spoke with Aman Our Rav4 was suffering some serious transmission problems, so I limped it in to the dealership in the evening to see what was wrong. I spoke with Amanda and was informed of the process and the potential costs. The following morning she called me back (as promised) and told me that the problem was the torque converter and that all repairs would be fully covered under the warranty. True to her word, when I picked up the car, not only does it now function perfectly, but there was no charge. In 35 years of owning cars, I have never had a dealership actually honour a warranty without finding some additional fees to add on top. The customer service from Amanda was outstanding, and the warranty was fully honoured. Between my wife and I, we have had four Toyotas from this dealership over the years, and never had any issues. When it's time for a new car this time around, we'll be headed straight back to Toyota Town. Well done Amanda! More

Today - finally! - I had a terrific experience. I was welcomed quickly, had an easy conversation about the services planned, was consulted about an extra part needed, and everything was finished well ahead of when it was expected. Easiest service appointment ever. More

We changed dealerships because of the quality service and the competitive pricing that Toyotatown offers. The service is always prompt and you can trust the technicians to provide the best care for your vehicle. On my most recent visit we were assigned to a Service Advisor named Mike Minarsky. He went above and beyond to provide the best advice and to ensure that we received the best service and pricing possible. He exceeded my expectations by helping me process a warranty claim with Michelin that was settled within a few days. Mike is a proud employee who takes his job very seriously and he is definitely an asset to his dealership and service team! I will definitely be buying my next car at Toyotatown! More

ToyotaTown service. We have been a customers of ToyotaTown for now over 14 years . We bought our Sienna van in July of 2002 and it has indeed proven to be a very good pur We have been a customers of ToyotaTown for now over 14 years . We have always brought our vehicle back to ToyotaTown for all the services and necessary repairs that were required to keep us safely on the road. We have found the service department to be very helpful and honest and they have always been willing to go the extra step or two to help us with our concerns. On this visit and the one previous we were assisted by Amanda Krug. Amanda did an excellent job keeping us informed and as well she listened to and very much helped us address our specific needs. Thank You Amanda. Below we have also noted all the service representatives that over the years have aided us so well .
