Leased Vehicle I had purchased a 2012 Rav4 from Baz in 2015 and went in for my regular service. I ended up looking at a 2018 Rav4 and falling in love in love with it. Shawn helped me with everything and was so easy going. He made the process seem really easy. Andre in the financial department I have dealt with in the past and he also was so kind. Another big shout out - we had my 7 month old baby and everyone was awesome with her! It was a big plus especially when it came to feeding time and I didn't get shuttled to the bathroom. For a breastfeeding mom that is a big deal! A+ ToyotaTown! More

From the friendly greeting I receive at vehicle reception, to the courteous and efficient manner my service representative looks after my service appointment and follow-up, to the billing and payment for service I get great value for the money I spend. The staff are courteous, friendly knowledgeable, efficient and have my best interests at heart. The coffee is always fresh and the comfort of the seating in the waiting area allows me to either read, watch TV, relax or get work done if need be. The service experience is top notch. More

Enjoyable experience I had just returned from a round trip to Mesa Arizona that started last December. While in Arizona I had trouble starting my Venza and found that I n I had just returned from a round trip to Mesa Arizona that started last December. While in Arizona I had trouble starting my Venza and found that I needed a new battery. The folks at Earnhardt Toyota went out of their way to look after my needs. When I arrived at Toyotatown here in London, I was greeted by Amanda Krug, a service adviser. Amanda took the time to understand the purpose of my visit and saved me both time and money by doing what was needed. I thought that I needed an oil change , but Amanda reminded me that it wasn’t necessary because I now use synthetic oil and only need to change every 16,000 Kms. I asked if she could give me an idea how much it would cost to fix a scratch on the rear bumper. She suggested a price and when the detailing department finished, the cost was half what we thought it might be. Amanda is someone that I feel comfortable with in addressing any of my car needs. While service was being completed, Sylvia allowed me to test drive a new vehicle. Like Amanda, Sylvia took the time to find what kind of new vehicle that I might need sometime in the future. Like Amanda, I feel very comfortable in going to her with my new car needs. The overall experience that I’ve had over the past 7 years, after purchasing 2 new Venzas, has been exceptional, one that I often bring up in talking with friends and family. More
