Up and Running Again Our Toyota service is always excellent. Our car wouldn't start unless we jumped it and additional lights that came on the dash had us concerned. Rob checked our records to make sure it was our first battery change. We bought our car at this dealership 10 years ago so I would say the battery was due. Thanks Rob. More

Air condition leak I noticed that there was a pool of fluid on the passenger side of my 2017 Rav 4 Hybrid. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday August 4/2018 for service. I noticed that there was a pool of fluid on the passenger side of my 2017 Rav 4 Hybrid. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday August 4/2018 for service. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I waited about 5 minutes beside my car and was approached 3 times to acknowledge my wait time. Amanda apologized for the short delay and thoroughly informed me of the service time and possible cost in the event that the problem was not a manufacturer defect. She assured me that she would call me as soon as a diagnosis was made. She gave me her business card. When she called me later I was surprised that the problem was caused by leaves collecting in the blower motor fan. She said this was not considered to be a manufacturer defect however she would waive the $60 service fee for this one time. I have never had this issue with any vehicle I have owned in my 40 years of driving which why I was surprised at the cause. When my husband and I came to get our vehicle, Amanda graciously honoured my husband's request to have a service technician show him how this can happen and discuss how to prevent from happening again. The whole experience was very positive for us as first time Toyota owners. Amanda is to be commended for her excellent professional service and represents the company well! More
