I had a great experience with Ken Yates while purchasing my Rav4 Hybrid. Ken was very helpful, and my new car even came in sooner than expected. The only complaint I could possibly make has nothing to my Rav4 Hybrid. Ken was very helpful, and my new car even came in sooner than expected.
