Nothing Short of Amazing Although my wife and I have been long term Mitsubishi owners ( 7 between us over the years) I was very disappointed in my last vehicle and desperately Although my wife and I have been long term Mitsubishi owners ( 7 between us over the years) I was very disappointed in my last vehicle and desperately wanted to change. As Mitsubishi was unable or unwilling to correct my concerns I spent the next two years talking to other dealers to see what could be done. Needless to say with the amount owing on my last purchase there was not much hope in sight. I saw my first Scion FRS on a Saturday afternoon and was very intrigued. Visited Scion/Toyota Town on the Tuesday and found exactly what I wanted in the showroom. Although not optimistic as to the outcome we proceeded to process the deal. The team there went well above and beyond what I ever expected and with a great deal of work on their end the sale was made by the Thursday! Nicole (sales) seemed to understand EXACTLY what I wanted and was willing to do what was needed, Sean (finance) came in on his day off to work on the sale and Jackie (supervisor) made sure I spoke to the right people and helped remove some roadblocks that we encountered. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had and even if you were not considering a Toyota/Scion vehicle it is well worth your while when a team like this will take care of you. More
