Following my extensive research on Trader.ca and finding the vehicle I have always dreamed of, I visited ToyotaTown and found the FJ Cruiser which I have always wanted to drive. Shortly after walking into the showroom, I was Greeted by Jason Janusz, a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He invited me to go on a Test Drive with the Toyota FJ. It wasn't long after returning to the dealership that I had already decided that I would make it mine! So Jason & I discussed financing options and what would suit me best. I really enjoyed the no pressure approach to Jason's sales skills, as well as the overall experience in Toyota Town. Truly a Great Group of Automotive Professionals! I was on the internet and put an offer online for the car that I was interested in. Literally within 10 minutes they had called and asked if I would like to come in today or set up an appointment. Going through the doors at the dealership I was greeted and met Jason. We spoke briefly, saw the car and he gave me a quote. I came in a couple of days later with my wife and we made a deal. We next went to financing and took care of that. While we waited we were offered coffee etc and were invited to wander around. Jason came to my house to pick me up and off to the dealership to pick up my car. We went over everything in great detail (all the paperwork which was nice) Warranties, owners manual etc. We then went out to my car and went over the car inside and out. Went over the switches and gadgets and how they worked. I was never pressured and got a good (great deal) The people I dealt with from reception, to Jason to financing were all very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to friends, family etc More

Mike came to my rescue today when CAA left me flat (literally with a flat in a parking lot for HOURS).
