Nicole was very friendly, and what we really appreciated about her was that she really listened to what we needed for our family, and didn't try to sell us on anything else. She was practical, and didn't try to push anything that wasn't a fit, even though it might have been more profitable for her. We did find that Nicole was a little unorganized as far as information given (there were a few misunderstandings in our communications), but she did correct this, and was very apologetic. We also realize that she was fairly new at Toyota, so with this in mind, she did very well considering. If we could give her any advice, it would be to keep listening to the customer and continue doing what she's doing with selling what the customer wants/needs. Keep up the honesty. She does a great job, and will get even better as she learns to check and double check numbers and communications back and forth with her manager, so there is no confusion. We had dealt with Gwen Jones with our previous purchase, and worked with her this time on the financing. We were very pleased with her in sales, and she brought that same level of professionalism and service to finance. Gwen is awesome. Thanks Nicole, Gwen, and Toyota Town. More

I walked into ToyotoTown on Monday morning. I was quickly greeted and introduced to Jason Janusz. I wanted to trade in my 2006 Scion XB for a new Scion XB. I wanted the best trade in value I could get, plus greeted and introduced to Jason Janusz. I wanted to trade in my 2006 Scion XB for a new Scion XB. I wanted the best trade in value I could get, plus the amount I would be paid if I just sold them my car. Very quickly, Jason had all the figures for me. What is a very stressful situation {to me}, Jason made totally painless! He was awesome. We test drove the new Scion XB and I was in love, all over again. I have really enjoyed my old Scion XB and was struggling about giving it up. Jason worked hard to get me a very good deal. He is the nicest,considerate, professional, yet welcoming salesman I have ever met. I have 2 sons, one of which is Jason's age, and he made me feel as comfortable as if he was my own son. When I arrived to pick up my new car today, Jason had a freezing cold bottle of water waiting for me on his desk. He had even remembered I liked water. Jason is an awesome guy and he treats you as if you are family. {the good kind of family. lol} He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. If I did not understand something he very patiently took the time to make sure that I did. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason and my dealings with him. I would send anyone to him and ToyotaTown, to buy a Toyota or Scion product. I know they are awesome cars. I never had a problem with my last Scion , purchased in 2005, traded back to Toyota in 2013. I, as a woman alone, can sometimes feel intimidated by a car dealership and salesmen. However, I have to say, not once did I feel anything but completely comfortable, throughout my dealings with Jason or ToyotaTown. Jason came out to the new car and showed me and explained how everything worked. He also said I was welcome to come in anytime or call him anytime, if I have any questions about anything about my car. I know he means it. He did not just sell me a car and make me feel like I was on my own. He made me feel very comfortable to come back or call at any time. I think Jason is an awesome Sales Representative at ToyotaTown and they are very lucky to have him. He has a certain passion about cars. It isn't just a job to him and it shows in how he conducts himself with clients, such as myself. Awesome job Jason, 5*****, Thank-you for being such a great guy and making me feel so comfortable. The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged portion of the car poorly painted, e.g. "orange peel" surface and impurities in the paint. T The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged portion of the car poorly painted, e.g. "orange peel" surface and impurities in the paint. There was a rough edge near the inside area where the rear passenger door closed and the door itself did not close as well as the three other doors. When I brought all this to the attention of the sales people, a couple days after I had purchased the car (weekend intervening), they offered to have the areas in question fixed and repainted properly, free of charge to me. While this was being done, I was given a loaner car and didn't even have to pay for the gasoline used! While ToyotaTown had my car, I ordered mouldings to be installed on the side doors and a stone and insect protective film to be installed on the front of the car and the back of the side mirrors and a paint stick for touchups. Not only was the work done to my satisfaction but imagine my pleasant surprise when I learned that ToyotaTown had decided to absorb the cost of the items I had ordered and to have installed. After I had gotten over my initial shock and had seen the quality of the work done, I went to personally thank the individuals who had been involved in my purchase of the car and in ordering the off site work done on the car. As they were not in, I then went to the service bay to personally thank Jason De Felice, who had initially concurred with me as to the problem with the right rear quarter and door panel and had taken my order for the moulding and hood, fender and mirror tape. He inspected the work done and, when it was discovered that the paint stick was not in the car, he personally went and picked up one for me from the parts department. I've been a ToyotaTown customer for more than 20 years and have always found it a pleasure in dealing with the staff, mainly the service staff and Jason De Felice in particular. More

We were so impressed with every aspect of the service you receive when you walk in the door. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to look after us. Sylvia Donovan was a wonderful source of information and she suggested that I test drive another used Matrix and explained the difference between the two. My husband who only drives a Ford was also impressed with the Matrix, not to mention all the attention we received from Sylvia. When we finished test driving the two cars we went back to see Sylvia. Once we discovered the price for new and/or leasing at 0% we decided to lease. Sylvia took us through each step, providing us with so much information and options. She then arranged for us to meet with the leasing specialist and he took us through each and every option available - again explaining in great detail our options. When the day arrived that my new vehicle was ready to be picked up Sylvia again went through all documents thoroughly, scheduling my first appointment for me. She came out to the vehicle and showed me how to set up the blue tooth (which I just love) and went over everything I needed to know. At the end of it all she asked if we had any questions. I didn't, but my husband asked if he could test drive a Rav 4. I was shocked. He is seriously considering selling his Ford Explorer and purchasing a Rav 4. Never thought I would see that day. My husband and I were looking for a new SUV, we needed a vehicle that was nice and had enough horsepower to tow our camping trailer. We were frustrated and it seamed like we wouldn't find our new car until, we went to Toyotatown (1065 wharncliffe road south). We were greeted by Nicole Levasseur she is a very friendly and enthusiastic person who was ready and willing to help us out. Nicole really made it easy on buying the car, she let take the car on test drive and we loved it. We ended up the Toyota Highlander it was perfect for our camping trips. Nicole really made us comfortable with the car and she helped us down to every last detail. We highly recommend Nicole and the rest of toyotatown. More
