After some checking around we went back to see Shawn and took the RAV4 for a test drive and needless to say today we drove back home with a 2014 RAV4, no pressure just honest answers and pleasant experience. When I walked into the dealership I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota but was unsure of what kind. Nick was the sales person that approached me and instantly answered all of my questions but did not try to swa a Toyota but was unsure of what kind. He educated me on the cars and then once I made my decision he sat down with me and explained step by step what was going to happen next. I was trading in my car in and he helped me get an amazing trade in deal for my old car. Nick really advocated for me to ensure I got the price I wanted for my old car, ensured I did not go over my budget, and that my new Corolla had every option I wanted. He was prompt at answering text messages and returning calls, and when it would be few days before my new car would be in he offered me a car to drive (my old car was not drivable) including his own car. Nick went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone! You will get the best with Nick! More
