The showroom is large, a lot of in stocked cars to look at to choose and most of all the helpful friendly staff but the best part of my experience was dealing with Tim Smuck. I purchased a 2015 Rav4 last November brand new, Tim worked with me to find me the best deal in my budget and taking in consideration what the car was used for and how fast i would depreciate the vehicle. I was very happy with my choice that i most recently went back to purchase another vehicle from Tim. With insurance involved i had the choice of selecting another vehicle from another dealership but i did not hesitate to reach out to Tim immediately without consideration for another vehicle or another sales representative. Thanks Toyota!! And thank you Tim!!!!! I am extremely happy with my Rav4!!!! I give this dealership and Tim a 12 out of 10. I cannot think of one thing they could have done better for me! More

Shawn Longworth - One Excellent salesman! We just purchased our used 2010 Toyota Rav4 yesterday. Our salesman, Shawn Longworth was nothing but helpful, & supportive. Right from the beginning We just purchased our used 2010 Toyota Rav4 yesterday. Our salesman, Shawn Longworth was nothing but helpful, & supportive. Right from the beginning of our search for a used vehicle, Shawn respected our budget and did not try to oversell us. I especially appreciated his respect for us in this regard. Also, as this purchase was precipitated by back problems caused by our previous vehicle, Shawn helped us to be able to use the vehicle for the weekend to be sure that the Rav4 seats would be good. He is a very upbeat, and fun person, and totally sold us on our Rav4 - our first Toyota product! Adel Al Rayes was also very helpful when it came to considering options for undercoating etc, and warranty extension. More
