Nova Scotia sight unseen! I found my Toyota Matrix on AutoTrader.com. The car jumped off the page at me. Being in Nova Scotia and not being able to see the car physically, Ke I found my Toyota Matrix on AutoTrader.com. The car jumped off the page at me. Being in Nova Scotia and not being able to see the car physically, Ken was excellent in helping buy me the car and getting all the details worked out. Crazy buying a car I hadn't seen before I bought it......yeah a little crazy! But I was more than pleased with the car.......actually shocked on the on the great condition of the used car. When I finally got to see it and drive it away.......It was a pleasant surprise! For the few hours I spent in London...and at the dealership...it was a total overall Wonderful experience. Worth the trade. Decided to trade in our 2011 Sienna for the newer 2015 model. It is the only van offered in All Wheel Drive. They gave us a very good trade in on our Decided to trade in our 2011 Sienna for the newer 2015 model. It is the only van offered in All Wheel Drive. They gave us a very good trade in on our old model. New model has lots of new extras we are delighted with. Back-up camera is a huge improvement over last model with cameras that pick up drivers coming from the sides behind you as well. Blind side detectors, automatic high beams and middle seats also now fold. All at the the dealership were pleasant to work with. Only drawback was that to get the safety features and AWD, we also had to get DVD players and sunroofs which we did not care about or need. More

At first, I was very sure that I'm going to buy out my existing Venza but after Sylvia explained to me all my options, I didn't know that I have better option to consider.
