I chose Toyota Matrix 2005, he provided all details and reviews on this car, took me on test drive more than once on my request....not to mention coffee and snacks...;) which made my decision easier. I found him open to my criticism and able to handle my queries in most professional and friendly manner. I enjoyed the visits at Toyota-Town London ON. and now am enjoying my Toyota Matrix. Gwen was very knowledgeable about the vehicles but what was also important to me was her genuine approach and the fact that she did not pressure me to buy one car over the other or to hurry up and buy. Cleary as a salesperson her goal was to sell me a car but in doing so she was patient, respectful and took her lead from me. I also super appreciated that before I signed on the dotted line Gwen double checked with me to ensure I was going to be happy with the car color, interior etc. So grateful she did because I did opt to make some changes. A very postive experience and I love my new car! More
