Also, as this purchase was precipitated by back problems caused by our previous vehicle, Shawn helped us to be able to use the vehicle for the weekend to be sure that the Rav4 seats would be good. He is a very upbeat, and fun person, and totally sold us on our Rav4 - our first Toyota product! I went on Saturday afternoon just shopping around for a new vehicle and Sylvia was extremely helpful. We had a brief conversation and she then immediately allowed me to take a Rav4 for a test drive. Upon my return, she sat with me asking questions and answering mine. Before I knew it, I was no longer just looking, I was leasing. I picked up my new Rav4 the following Wednesday night and have been extremely happy.
