After a short 35 minutes (watching the Olympics on the comfy sofa), my car was inspected and the lights fixed. And then my car was washed. A very nice touch to an already great experience. More

From the time we walked in to the time we left, we received nothing but the best service from anyone we engaged with. Ultimately the test drive of the Highlander didn't work out for us but we ended up test driving a RAV4 and ultimately ended up purchasing the 2016 RAV4 XLE and Shawn even stayed past the end of his shift to ensure the purchase went smoothly while we talked with financing.
