Rob Dako has a talent of being able to explain the mechanical issues so that you know exactly what needs fixing, and why, and how much it will cost. We all know car issues can be costly but necessary and somehow Rob always manages to leave me with a satisfied smile when the service is done. By the way, when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, I was able to send Rob an email and he answered early the very next morning with some possibilities...you just have to be impressed!! More
