David sets the bar High I began my journey to find the right car about 6 months ago. Of course, in today's world alot of information is attainable via the internet. I feel that due to the amount of research available to the general consumer, makes car salesman less enthuasic about their products. I also believe that a majority of car salesman believe that at a competitive price the car will sell itself on the lot. Which results in poor customer service and brand experience for the general consumer. With that in mind, a general consumer isn't just buying a car, their buying a brand, and after today, I can definitely say that David High sold me on toyota. I was looking for a salesman, who knew their product knowledge, made me feel comfortable, but also added to the value of the experience of buying a car.
