I called and made an appointment to meet with a sales representative I'm pleased that I selected this dealership for my first experience with Toyota. I called and made an appointment to meet with a sales representative the day before visiting the dealer and was greeted at the scheduled time by me sale rep Mr. Frank Circelli. My vehicle of choice was a 2019 Highlander and Frank had one ready to go for a test drive. Frank took me through all the in's and out's of the vehicle during the drive and back in the showroom. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank as there was no heavy sales pressure only a helpful attitude, for this I give Frank a five star rating. I'm very happy with my new Highlander! More
