I was very disappointed with the cleaning detail. I paid for a gold service and was told that it would be like new. I had to point out garbage on the floor and candy that had not been cleaned up and I paid for a gold service and was told that it would be like new. I had to point out garbage on the floor and candy that had not been cleaned up and unfortunately, I did not look in all the cupholders, and found later after they took it twice to clean those things that there was still dirt and cupholders. They did take it in right away and fix the two areas that I pointed out. It was unfortunate that I did not check everything before they cleaned it again. I don’t understand why they would not use the stronger cleaner When they are doing a gold service. When I had to take it in again another time for a repair it was unfortunate and maybe there’s a reason, but I was left waiting for almost 40 minutes to find out that they did not have the cable for me. I’m not sure why it took so long to find out if they had The supplies. The people who work there are always polite and courteous. But I was disappointed when I had paid so much money. More

Jason is extremely rude and condescending. ☹☹☹ He ignores your calls and emails and when you are there for service he is always in such a hurry that you can't trust what he does. He makes you feel like your concerns are ridiculous and dismisses you and the concern. He was my service advisor (thankfully only) twice and I tried to talk to him about a problem that he kept on ignoring regardless of how many times I brought it up. I ended up requesting another advisor who found the problem that Jason so blatantly ignored. Perhaps he doesn't like dealing with females when it comes to vehicles, I don't know. I'm just happy he's no longer my advisor. Toyota and the service department/technicians, however, are great! More
