The dealership provided me with a AMVIC inspection that had all items as compliant. I trusted my gut and got a 3rd party inspection to find that SAFETY FEATURES on the vehicle had failed and could have put had all items as compliant. The worst dealership experience. I went inside the dealership wanting to see a used car and the salesman sat me down and started talking about finances before he would show me the car. I told him that I would pay with a certified cheque and that I would wait for the cheque to clear before picking up the car. The salesman went to “talk” to the manager, came back and told me that I was NOT allow to see the car and that they were not going to sell the car to me with a certified cheque. After that, I stood up and walked out. I had every intention to buy the car before I walked into the dealership. I will NEVER go back to this dealership!!!!!!! More

Wanted to buy a used vehicle. Apparently they won't except cash for vehicles, only financing. Their solution was to take out a loan and then pay it all back. d not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.First, d not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. First, they lowballed my trade in - Half the value. And then they gave me an agreed value “including d not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. First, they lowballed my trade in - Half the value. And then they gave me an agreed value “including GST rebate” guys, be aware of this trick. Second, they made me leave my car there and I had to empty all my items without offering to help or provide bags. The loaner car they gave me had 32 km range in gas. I had to stop and fill up gas even though my car had a full tank of gas. I have asked them to throw in a tonneau cover - same as the one they have in the show room. When I returned the day after, it turns out to be the cheaper velcro one... I picked up my truck, right off the lot, check engine light went on. I was FURIOUS!!! I returned it. They told me it’s the battery and to change it. This car was supposed to be “detailed and ready for pick up” I phone them few times, they don’t even return your call. And many other things like, give me your credit card as a commitment, kept my old vehicle keys when I asked multiple times to give them back and so my many other things... just overall horrible experience and little games. I feel so dumb that I bought my truck from them. Guys go to Mayfield, they are way more professional! More
