Problems were noted with communication (both in keeping the customer informed and between the sales and other Kingsway departments) and coordination (continuity of customer service around employee days off was particularly challenging). This led to delivery delays and unnecessary frustration. That said, Kingsway was very responsive to customer feedback and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied in the end. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingsway Toyota and plan to continue using this dealership as the service centre of choice for my vehicle. More
