My son & I went to start looking for what we wanted and made an appointment to come back with my husband. Our sales associate had a customer come in without an appointment, but he helped us as well as his other customer. He did have a coworker help out and they took the time to find where and when we could get the vehicle in the color we wanted. Cost of a "world class inspection" without the quality Every time I have gone I have found costs to be larger then what they seem. The breaking point however was my last service visit where I paid 300 doll Every time I have gone I have found costs to be larger then what they seem. I had my doubts about the quality so I checks for myself afterwards. 150 was the break down for cost of fluid checks to discover simple things like washer fluid left near empty. Next I Checked my engine air filter, while they did replace it, they failed to notice the GIANT collection of lint and bird seed in the air filter housing. Had the cost been 100 or something I would have understood. But what exactly did I pay for? I will never know. Go to any other dealership but this one More
