Our Experience Buying a Used Car My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car at Kingsway Toyota on January 13, 2016. My wife's car was sort of condemned at a local My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car at Kingsway Toyota on January 13, 2016. My wife's car was sort of condemned at a local service garage so we decided to look for a replacement. Since I drive a Camry, we decided to check the Toyota car sales on the internet. We found a vehicle on the Kingsway Toyota site that suited our needs- small car for city driving, low mileage, reasonable price, roomy enough for golf clubs, etc. As we were walking to the used car sales, we were greeted by a gentleman walking among the parked cars and he asked if he could help us. We told him about the vehicle we were interested in and whether it was still available. The gentleman was a salesman by the name of Jaffar Nassar and yes, the car was still available. The car was parked on the south side and he asked us to move our vehicle closer to site. He brought the car over and very patiently explained how different parts worked and made my wife feel very comfortable for the test drive, which normally is not easy! My wife was pleased with the drive so we went to Jaffar's office to complete the deal. We discussed various aspects but were never pushed or promised anything that the dealer could not provide. Jaffar would check with his boss if there were questions outside of his authority. We really wanted to take possession of the car that day and he really helped us explaining what we had to do. The car was ready for us to take it home around four that afternoon. Our biggest surprise came as we were leaving Toyota. We thanked Jaffar for making everything such a pleasant experience and then he thanked us for being his first customers since he had only started at Kingsway Toyota the day before! More

Excellent Sale Service When Buying From BC Living in BC and needing to buy a Toyota for my child who was living in Alberta, I was fortunate that Roneil from Kingsway Toyota contacted me back af Living in BC and needing to buy a Toyota for my child who was living in Alberta, I was fortunate that Roneil from Kingsway Toyota contacted me back after I found the vehicle I was looking for at this Edmonton dealership. Living a province away, I wasn`t able to physically meet with Roneil or see the vehicle but through phone and email we made a deal with no problems. Roneil went out of his way to assist my daughter when it came to getting her to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, meet with the finance people, make recommendations on what would be to her advantage as a first-time buyer trying to secure credit, explaining the many features of the vehicle and picking her up on the day that she would assume ownership of her vehicle - including a stop to pick up the insurance. His personal service and attention to detail (like taking a picture of her with the vehicle I bought (sight unseen) and the coffee when he picked her up) is why I purchased the vehicle from Kingsway Toyota. We were promised over the phone for a match to the offer another dealer agreed on. When the car finally came in, we're told it can't be sold as verbally promised. Learned to ask for written agreement from this experience. After some communicating we finally bought the car, minus some promised add-ons. Alan was knowledgeable and tried his best to help us out. Bilal was very friendly and made our purchase a more positive experience. Over-all, it was a good learning experience for all of us. More
