I later realized that the car was slightly hail damaged and reported that to the dealership with pictures. The General Manager worked out the issues with me and fixed the hail damage free of charge while offering a loaner. Despite my original impression, they worked hard to recover their image and they did! At the end I am satisfied with the purchase. More
