He went above and beyond our expectations even though he was aware we were shopping around. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and finding the right vehicle which would fit our lifestyle. In all honesty we were not going to purchase the vehicle with Kingsway Toyota due to prior service experience but with Ron's wonderful service we did.
