No work done despite me calling ahead. As we all know taking your car in is a pain in the butt. Especially when you have to for a factory recall. I called ahead to make sure they had the part prior to making the appointment. They said yes. I had basically just gotten home when I had a call saying my car was ready for pick up because nothing got done since they didn't have the part!
