A Good Buying Experience I appreciate how I was treated with respect, friendliness and fairness by the staff at Toyota NE. The used vehicle I purchased was delivered clean an I appreciate how I was treated with respect, friendliness and fairness by the staff at Toyota NE. The used vehicle I purchased was delivered clean and ready for the road - even fueled up which I had not been expecting! And so far the car has performed flawlessly. I would buy from these people again - no doubt. The one area that I wasn't very happy about was Toyota Northwest's inability to accept personal cheques (even though I was willing to leave the vehicle until the cheque cleared) or even via email transfer. They made it difficult to simply get the full amount from my bank account to theirs without having to visit the bank to make payment arrangements on the same day. They have very little flexibility in this area and it was quite annoying. The mechanical/safety inspection and Carproof for the vehicle was also helpful. Everything was above board and I was treated okay. One of the better car buying experiences I have had - thank you, Toyota Northwest! More
