Great salespeople but poor execution I had such a difficult time getting anything accomplished after I decided to buy my Sienna. I had a poor experience with the finance department - who took days to follow up just to ask for more information, mislead me about the cost of protection packages, was not prepared and did not sign everything unneeded to register my vehicle, and generally seemed far too overworked to be able to give me anything approaching acceptable service. The van was Dirty on the inside as well - which wouldn't have been a big deal had I had a Great experience otherwise. I found everyone was very nice - but possibly understaffed or something. More

8000 km service for a 2016 Tundra I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and a 2016 Toyota Tundra that I purchased at different dealers in the city. I contacted this dealer because it is really I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and a 2016 Toyota Tundra that I purchased at different dealers in the city. I contacted this dealer because it is really close to my home and I hoped to get my service work done here for both my trucks. For the very first service for my new 2016 Tundra at 8000 km I dropped it off at the dealer and when I first checked in they told me it would cost $110 I was shocked. I called around Gateway Toyota does this service for $29.95 and Mayfield Toyota is $65. This service is just checking fluids and doing inspection of certain items and again I am shocked this costs anything for a vehicle under warranty. I went to take the wheels off my truck 2 weeks later and they were seized on the rotors which I found odd because it was just at the dealer. I could see them being seized on from the factory and hence I believe the dealer never removed them which according to the recommend service they should have. The dealer waived the cost but it was not a good service experience and I am not sure I would go back. The dealer never followed up on why their service was the most expensive in the city. More
Very Bad Customer Service I purchased a brand new 2017 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 in the last week of January - clearly specifying to the Finance guy that this purchase needs to be on I purchased a brand new 2017 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 in the last week of January - clearly specifying to the Finance guy that this purchase needs to be on my Company name and the Payments should be taken from my company account. I provided all the details needed to get this done. It is now the end of April and the Payments are still being taken from my personal account (even after repeatedly calling Eric Yuan and getting confirmation from him tht this has been taken care of). I tried calling again 4 weeks back and left messages for Eric Yuan on his land line as well as Cell phone. But never received a call back. Today - when I left an Online message on the website - I received a callback from the Sales and I was told to call Toyota directly >>> 3 months after buying the vehicle!!!!!!. This is the worst Customer service I have come across - period. I will not use this dealership again. Bernard Carlos More
Direct and nice I went in with my parents to possibly purchase a car. They treated us kindly and with respect, even though we weren't sure we were going to buy anything. We were greeted by Salim. He gave us a test drive and he seemed knowledgeable. When we were closer to making a decision to purchase, he introduced us to his manager. Alan, the sales manager was direct with us so no one wasted any time. He made us an offer on the car we were considering and said to think it over. When we didn't accept it, he asked us to offer him a price we were comfortable paying and we went from there. The negotiation was fairly quick and my parents left feeling like they got a good deal. Its all about the customers feeling good about the purchase and I think they accomplished that with us. As far as dealing with car salesman and car dealerships go, this was relatively pleasant. More
