I was very disappointed by this dealership who would not help an out of province customer who had wired sound when braking. We have never had a problem except when I spoke with their receptionist at the dealership who stated “ we can not accept any drop ins” ! I was thoroughly unimpressed, have never been treated by any Toyota dealership, like this and therefore give it a 1 star for answering the phone! More

We purchased a car from Alex Sharman. He was great. We got our car in two day which is amazing considering how long it takes to get a car these days. My friend ordered a Rav4 back in Aug 2023, paid deposit and was told he will get the car in 3-6 months. and now 9 months later he still has no idea w My friend ordered a Rav4 back in Aug 2023, paid deposit and was told he will get the car in 3-6 months. and now 9 months later he still has no idea when he will get his Rav. Everytime he ask for an update he gets same answer "factory delay".. when he asks how many person is ahead of him the dealer rep divert the question. This is not impressive and dealer should be transparent with their clients and to not keep them in the dark. More

So far I will give the dealership a 5 star rating but I haven't gotten my vehicle yet. I had a few questions about pricing and we have been able to work things out ok. No matter how things go with the deal haven't gotten my vehicle yet. I had a few questions about pricing and we have been able to work things out ok. No matter how things go with the dealership I am more than happy with Alex Sharman the salesman I have dealt with. A very nice and pleasant young fellow who has gone out of his way to make things right for me. By the time I pick up my RAV4 he will need a new pair of shoes because of the amount of times he has had to run back and forth to get answers about the deal with his bosses. Its my first ever car purchase, and my first interaction with this dealership. Thus, I need to write a lengthy review explaining my rating in dealing with 3 different parts of the dealership: Sales, Finance with this dealership. Thus, I need to write a lengthy review explaining my rating in dealing with 3 different parts of the dealership: Sales, Finance and Parts and Service functions of the dealership—which gives the combined score in my recent purchase of 2017 used RAV4 Sales - rating 5/5 Derek Miller was my sales associate. He was responsive, timely and professional in all his communication with me. He worked to get me a great deal on Easter Sunday past (March 31, 2024). He was fair in negotiating a small reduction in price, and even threw in some new rubber, because the tires on the unit were cracking in my test drive. Even when there were delays (which I will get into later) with me getting the keys, Derek was responsive and worked on solutions to make me a happy customer (in theory). Finance - rating 1/5 After Derek and I shook hands on the deal, I was sent up to the Finance Dept to deal with Harvey. Harvey came up with a fair deal I thought, and we started the paperwork which included me leaving a deposit, and getting an approval from the finance folks to offer me a interest rate of 8.99 percent for a longer term. I was pleased. The only reason we didn't close the deal on Easter Sunday is I had a fraud alert put on my credit report, which required me to do an extra step the day after with the lending institution. Harvey was communicative and responsive in all my dealings with him afterwards. Now things changed when I actually went in yesterday to close the deal, sign and pick up keys. I was now dealing with Harvey's associate Daime, because Harvey was 'not in". After listening to a painfully long pitch (45min) to sell me extra things on my vehicle, I discover that the original deal signed off by Finance on Easter Sunday had now changed. I was being offered a higher interest rate of 11% and the focus kept being about my payment, not the changes to the interest rate, alongside the attempt to get me to bundle options into the bi-weekly rate. Daime was "able' to meet me in the middle with interest rates, but it was still higher than what was originally offered 8 days ago. He only did this extra negotiating step after my bestie and I expressed displeasure over this. Apparently the dealership ate some cost somewhere to bring me to a reasonable bi-weekly down payment. But my trust in this dealership is broken, and the overall financing experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth, especially for my first ever car purchase, which should have been a celebratory experience. The only reason I am giving a star here is Daime did seem to want to close the deal and did "work with me" to come up with something. The whole fiasco took almost 3 hrs to sign the deal (I was told it would be an hour or hour and half) It's a good thing I really liked the vehicle, otherwise I would have walked away completely. Parts and Service - 0/5 On Easter Sunday's negotiation, the vehicle had not officially gone through AMVIC inspection. After I expressed serious interest, they got things moving. I was initially supposed to pick up the vehicle mid to late last week. But AMVIC inspection found that my driver side mirror needed replacing, and of course it has all the sensors and heating. Parts told Derek it would be ordered and installed Wed or Thurs. On Thursday morning as I was running around to the bank etc, I get a text from Derek advising that Parts and Service only had the mirror, not the housing that was also needed. It would be another 2-3 days to order and install. This caused me to have to make other plans for driving to Lethbridge this past weekend (I was planning to drive my new to me RAV4). How can you not order all the necessary parts needed? Sounds like a proverbial mess in the Parts and Service area if you ask me. Derek did throw in a free oil change for the inconvenience. After my free oil change I will not be taking my vehicle there for service - the trust is broken. More

We wanted a vehicle and just had an idea of what we wanted and the way to go. Vivek walked us through the steps and the best course to take, did the numbers real quick and within a few hrs we ordered o wanted and the way to go.
