Lie after lie after lie Purchased a Toyota RAV 4 back in September and part of the deal was a remote start. After dealing with Jordy through email and booking an appointment Purchased a Toyota RAV 4 back in September and part of the deal was a remote start. After dealing with Jordy through email and booking an appointment to come and see him, he then quickly brushed us off because he was too busy. I can not recall the name of the other gentleman that then helped us but he did not show any interest in making any type of deal with us and didn't talk us through any of the functions of the car, luckily we had done our own research and knew some stuff about it. After driving 4 hours from Jasper to pick the vehicle up we were quickly told that the remote start wasn't fitted and whoever told us that was wrong and the next time they could get us in would be the Saturday. Living in Jasper we called on Friday to double check it was still booked in and ready to go. It was then that we were told by Jordy that the remote start was in fact on back order and he didn't know when it would arrive and he would email us with an update shortly. After a week we still hadn't heard anything, so we called back again, we were told the same thing that it was on back order. This went on a few times until we were finally told by Jordy that they had been shipped and would arrive by the end of October. We didn't hear anything back so on November 6th we called Toyota Canada where they told us the remote start for the RAV 4 doesn't even exist and Jordy had been lying to us the whole time. It was then we contacted the manager Lukasz to explain the whole situation and how upset we were and that something needed to be done. Lukasz was of course extremely nice and knew how to sweet talk. He promised us they would fit an after market remote start into our car and we would have a rental car to use while we waited. We arrived early from Jasper (4 hour drive away) and dropped the car off by 11am and were told by Lukasz the car would take 4-5 hours. At 4pm we called back and were told it wouldn't be completed today and to drive the tiny rental car back to Jasper on the dangerous icy highway. I text Lukasz and told him this was once again unacceptable and another lie. He thankfully responded straight away and said he would deal with it. At 5pm we dropped the rental car off but were then told they didn't have any shuttle buses back the the dealership. Lukasz had to pick us up in his personal car. After getting our car back we finally headed back home and arrived at 10pm. So after 2.5 months of waiting it was finally complete. This could all have been avoided if Jordy was upfront and honest with us. He had numerous occasions to tell us the truth but instead he tried to brush in under the carpet with hope that we would disappear. We are extremely upset with the whole ordeal and would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. Lukasz was the only helpful guy who tried to fix things buy promising a free detail which to be honest will probably turn out to be another lie. Its made us dislike the car because of the situation we were put in. I just have to point out the finance guy was really nice. More

Either way, we ended up sitting down and going over the numbers, he was very honest and upfront which is quite refreshing.. can i add maybe too friendly?
