A welcome change to car sales. In nothing short of a top shelf experience, Jordy Lee and crew helped me find my way into my first Toyota and my first Hybrid at that. At no point did In nothing short of a top shelf experience, Jordy Lee and crew helped me find my way into my first Toyota and my first Hybrid at that. At no point did I feel pressured, conned, hornswoggled or even rope-a-doped. By the end based on my needs being genuinely heard and addressed I walked away with a utilitarian but beautiful little 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. From the start to the end I felt valued and I am glad I have a long standing relationship with this dealership going forward.
