Luke came across my issue and called me right away personally and was very sorry about my experience. He, literally, went above and beyond to fix things. Like, WAY ABOVE!!!! (my truck had one issue that I wanted fixed which did get fixed, but then Luke went the extra mile to fix another part of my truck that I didn't even ask for, but he wanted it to be perfect - AND IT IS!!) He grabbed a couple of his guys and the three of them took very good care of me. Alex, made me feel like I was part of his family. David, Luke and Alex are a great team and I am more than excited to continue my relationship with this dealership. I seriously can not express enough how ecstatic I am about my experience. Thanks guys, I look forward to seeing you when i come in for services and, eventually, a new truck!! :) More
