I purchased a 2017 Acura ILX from Toyota Northwest Edmonton and was shown a “pre-owned certification inspection” before finalizing the deal. That document turned out to be less than trustworthy. The inspection claims the block heater and cord were present and in good condition. During a recent cold spell, I couldn’t find one, so I took the car to an Acura dealer who confirmed there is no block heater installed at all. At the same visit, the engine air filter was checked and found to be filthy, despite being marked as “pass” on the inspection. These are basic items that were marked as passed, which raises serious doubts about the accuracy of the entire inspection process at Toyota Northwest Edmonton. I contacted the dealership over a week ago and was told a sales manager would call. No call. I followed up by email, again, CRICKETS. I've posted images of my received inspection, the filter and the inspection from my Acura Dealer. After this I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. More

Barbara the sales rep gave us a good deal on the grand highlander XLE hybrid which has a long wait time. She was able to get the vehicle within couple of months, and want to appreciate the manager Jonatha highlander XLE hybrid which has a long wait time.
