Over the course of two years, I repeatedly contacted the dealership for updates. Every time, I was told the car was still on its way, but I was given no clear answers or timeline. In 2024, I was told the car would arrive in June, then July, then August, and finally sometime between September 8 and 18, 2024. When I called to get the VIN number so I could arrange insurance, I spoke with Jon Ip, one of the sales managers. Instead of offering assistance, Jon was extremely rude and dismissive. When I expressed my excitement to finally receive the car, he sarcastically asked if I was "complaining." He informed me there was no VIN number yet. Frustrated, I decided to visit the dealership in person on Friday, September 6 to speak directly with Jonathan Ip (Jon). I waited a long time, but he did not make himself available. After waiting with no response, I left the dealership and requested a call back. To this day, I have not heard from anyone. I tried escalating the issue by speaking with another sales manager, hoping for a better outcome, but that didn’t help. No one returned my calls after I left multiple messages. After a week of frustration, Jon finally answered and told me he didn’t have to sell me the car at all. He also said he’d refund my deposit—after TWO YEARS of waiting! Then, without any explanation, he hung up on me. I have still not received the refund, and it’s been days of checking my credit card for it. More

Had a very bad experience with this dealership and advise people not to deal with them as they are completely unethical. I was looking for a new Toyota 4 Runner old 2024 model new. The Sales Associate said s people not to deal with them as they are completely unethical. I was looking for a new Toyota 4 Runner old 2024 model new. The Sales Associate said she almost certainly had a vehicle available but to secure it she required a $500 deposit. I questioned paying this as she cold not 100 % guarantee that the vehicle was mine. This was last Friday afternoon. I checked my bank statement over the weekend and she had processed my deposit. On the Monday morning I phoned her and she said that the vehicle was sold to someone else. I asked her why she had processed a deposit on a vehicle which was not actually available to sell and she said that this was standard practise. I found the same vehicle at another dealership and it was $3,000 cheaper so I was also being ripped off on the price. Well this is at the very least un ethical if not fraud., absolutely shady practise, Have nothing to do with this dealership. More

Doing business with them felt like dealing with a tantrum-throwing toddler. Toyota has a great reputation for quality, but its dealership's finance department is dragging it down. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after the terrible experience we had. More

Two separate customers, ( same name) Two Rav4 hybrid, different colours, same salesperson. Ordered six months previous, called in to check delivery date so we could sell our other Toyota, “ It’ll be in i different colours, same salesperson. Sold our car and went in to pick up the new one, We found out it wasn’t even ordered! Very upset to say the least, just when all seemed lost , Lukasz Kopec, General Manager entered the picture, apologized for the screw up, and within minutes he personally searched for the same vehicle. “ It will be delivered in four days” ! It was ! He even went further with a protection package at no cost! All is well that ends well. If your in the market for a new vehicle See Lukasz! He goes the extra mile! More

This dealership loves to sell cars with dishonest sales tactics. This starts at the sales. Goes into the finance department Ali lied to me. Then Lucas the gm lied to me.
