Ordered six months previous, called in to check delivery date so we could sell our other Toyota, “ It’ll be in i different colours, same salesperson. Sold our car and went in to pick up the new one, We found out it wasn’t even ordered! Very upset to say the least, just when all seemed lost , Lukasz Kopec, General Manager entered the picture, apologized for the screw up, and within minutes he personally searched for the same vehicle. “ It will be delivered in four days” ! It was ! He even went further with a protection package at no cost! All is well that ends well. If your in the market for a new vehicle See Lukasz! He goes the extra mile! More
