Alert....Alert....Alert On the 1st of August 2021, i did finalize my 2021 Toyota Sienna deal with one of their sales manager (David) over the phone. Because i am not live in Edmonton i did receive my bill of sale through email also one of their finance manager Hannah contact me and finalized my finance with Toyota Canada. She did send me the email with the confirmation that i am all approved and now we are waiting for the vehicle once we receive it your salesperson (Yvon) will contact you. During the time when i am waiting for the vehicle i did call a couple of times to my salesperson for the update and she told me in their system it still showed on order. September 02 one of their sales manager (Dario) called me and told me we are not getting the 2021 Toyota Sienna anymore so you have options either you can go for the 2022 Toyota sienna OR we can cancel the deal. If you go for 2022 Toyota Sienna you need to pay an extra $4,000.00. i did ask him did anywhere like on the Toyota Canada website i can see the 2022 Toyota Sienna prices and he told me there is no update on the Toyota Canada website yet. He was not able to explain me why i need to pay an extra $4,000.00 to get the 2022 Toyota Sienna even new prices not yet update on Toyota's website. He also mentioned your contract is not valid because you didn't sign it. i asked him first of all in month nobody told me that I have to sign the contract. 2nd i did the deal over the phone as i am not lived in Edmonton and get confirmation from the finance manager and sales manager that everything is good to go. He told me i am the messenger and just convey what i got from my General Sales Manager (Lukasz Kopec). i got some information from one of their manager. Actually the sales manager David not working anymore for the dealership and now the Management team looking for the deals which he finalized. They contacted the clients to either ask for more money OR cancel the deal. Normally i did not post the review but i think this information is very important for the people who are waiting for their vehicles for months and maybe at the end they receive a similar call from this dealership. So be careful when you are dealing with this dealership and waiting for your vehicle. i also contacted Toyota Canada and share my experience with them as well. More

The Staff at Toyota Northwest were all so great to deal with. David was absolutely stellar in helping me complete this long distance transaction as I am out of Province AND was at work for most of the comm with. I really thought that I would miss out on this vehicle because before Toyota Northwest I really believed that dealerships were only concerned with sales and had no time or concern for people. David really changed my thinking on that. David was away from the office the following week but still answered all my questions and contacted his co-workers on my behalf to ensure that this vehicle not be sold as I’m sure it could have and would have been without his assistance. This deal took much longer then most and I am so grateful for the professionalism, patience and understanding shown by David, Ryan and Coreena as well as Edad, all were great.....David was exceptional.. There is no Negative Rating Low enough.You sold me a 2016 Nissan Juke that was 1. Advertised as having fog lights but had NONE. 2. Told there were 2 key fobs but there was only one. 3. Had duct tape disguised over damage on side panel beside wheel that was not noticeable until the vehicle was taken to the carwash. I have pictures. 4.Three months after purchase, The Government of Alberta, Transportation Department, mails a letter to me, telling me that my vehicle is Ranked SALVAGED and if police pull me over, my vehicle will be seized and I will be fined. I had NO IDEA I was purchasing a SALVAGED VEHICLE!!!! DO you realize how that affects INSURANCE COSTS AND RESALE VALUE, never mind that it is deemed UNSAFE to DRIVE?? It is the DEALERSHIP'S responsibility to run the VIN number, check for information such as this, you even had the previous owner's Registration!!! You advertise you are AMVIC certified??????? Apparently that means very little. How can you, in good faith, sell and advertise a vehicle with a salvaged rating, to ANY Customer? I want my money back, I am also writing this as a review on your Toyota Edmonton Website. As well, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and AMVIC. No wonder Car Salespeople have dismal reputations! You do NOT do your DUE DILIGENCE!!! WHERE ON EARTH IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Our Story has been told to many, Good Luck EVER getting our business back - What An ENTIRE and UNBELIEVABLE SCAM of a Dealership and their Employees. If I had been injured while driving this "Salvaged" vehicle, I trust you would have been held 100% liable. TOTALLY, COMPLETELY AND FOREVER DISSATISFIED AND HORRIFIED!!!! More
