bought a 2010 Prius, misleading sales tactics, I declined the $399 Roadside Assistance add-on, they tried to make me feel that was a bad choice, but neglected to tell me I still had it until Sept 2013. Craig Selby dodged my calls for over a week about doing the window tint for 2 small windows "they forgot to do" as per our agreement to tint all windows, and fix cigarette burn in carpet and have car detailed (never detailed it) now I have a battery problem with small battery...they say they charge to install even if covered under warranty. They will not refund money for diagnostic test which claimed dead battery was my fault, when actually the battery is defective. More

Very accommodating. He worked after hours to make it work for us. Professional in every way as you would expect from toyota. This is our 7th toyota and our best experience purchasing one so far.We called lat for us. Professional in every way as you would expect from toyota. This is our 7th toyota and our best experience purchasing one so far.We called late one night and he worked after hours to get us traded in with two used toyota's for one 2013 Tacoma the very next morning and at the price we were happy with. He also arranged for us to have a car for our use while waiting for service and again without delay or hassle in any way. As well the staff that took our Tacoma for accessory install were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this team. More

Not extremely impressed with this dealership. Really felt like Maja had little to no interest in showing us around. Only listed off qualities of the vehicle when prompted, kept saying everything was SO felt like Maja had little to no interest in showing us around. Only listed off qualities of the vehicle when prompted, kept saying everything was SO expensive and so forth. To top that off, she took ages to gather information and felt extremely disorganized. Overall, would not visit again and happily took my business elsewhere. More

The business manager and the sales manager were a 100% as well. my past experience with the ( old) Kings way would have been less than a 5 out of 10. More
I was interested in a Prius hatchback and was looking to do a trade-in. Office staff was friendly and certainly sold the Prius on me. However when reviewing the value of my trade-in I was advised the value was lowered about $1000.00 because of the vehicle's brakes. I was told the brakes "were done" and that I should not even be driving my car in that condition. The interest rate offered to me by the sales manager was higher than what I was told by the agent was available. I left still considering my options for purchasing a Prius. Because of the warnings I'd been given about the brakes, I brought my car in for an inspection the very next morning. There was NOTHING wrong with my brakes. For roughly a $1,000 they forever lost me as customer. More

After much receiving seemingly endless amounts of trouble via outside sources, Kingsway Toyota was incredibly helpful and understanding. They were trusting which in turn, led us to trust them. We are extremely happy with our purchase, but even happier with the service EVERYONE provided us. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know - whether you're on the market for a new or used vehicle. We will definitely revisit. More
All the staff that I came in contact with were very helpful and very courteous and overall I was impressed with the service that I received. You will notice however that the price rating I rated as 'b helpful and very courteous and overall I was impressed with the service that I received. You will notice however that the price rating I rated as 'bad' , not because of the actual product which I am very happy with, but because of the fact that the admin fee, anti-theft, nitro and tire&rim were not mentioned, as I recall, until I was asked to sign the bill of sale. These items added an extra $1465 to the MSVP, I would have appreciated if these extra charges had been mentioned earlier in the negotiations. As it is, I still don't understand what the $299 for "tire & rim" is for, I do know that the premium model that I purchased has 16" wheels as opposed to the regular 15" but then this must surely be covered by the difference in price of the Technology model and the Premium model. More
