Twice I have taken my 2011 Rav 4 for a simple oil change only to return to the dealership the same day because the service tech neglected to connected a hose back to my air filter causing the computer to g only to return to the dealership the same day because the service tech neglected to connected a hose back to my air filter causing the computer to generate warning lights including engine On the way home I noticed a rattle under my glove box, I did a little probing and notice the tech who replaced the filter did not put the cover back on a air cabin filter they replaced by my request and was rolling around inside loose Obviously the dealer has a problem in quality, if they can't preform a simple oil change, or cabin air filter replacement, what can I trust them to do I'm pretty much done with Kingsway Toyota, although I still have two years of free oil changes remaining I can't trust them and rather pay another dealer, sad to say I have purchased four vechicals from this dealership, this is my last More
