Prashanth Radhakrishnan, was very outstanding in his sale with me. He was a sales person, of excellence and considered his customer when making a sale. I said, I never would return because felt after all those years I was not treated well towards the end. If Prashanth, did not call me and treat me with respect and care I would not have considered buying a car at Kingsway ever again. I would HIGHLY. RECCOMMEND him to other customers looking to buy a Toyota . Please recommend him highly in selling Toyotas to other people. In April of this year (2013) I was looking for a new vehicle and I decided on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, I was having difficulties getting cooperation from the first Toyota dealership I went to and since I h vehicle and I decided on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, I was having difficulties getting cooperation from the first Toyota dealership I went to and since I had purchased my last vehicle from Kingsway I called them for a second opinion. My call was directed to Prashanth and from the time I explained the problems I was having until this very day he has provided exceptional service, anytime I need anything I know I can call Prashanth and it will be taken care of. I was really mad about the experience I had at the other dealership and with great effort from the sales manager Thejus and Prashanth I left with the vehicle and accessories I wanted and I am very happy with my purchase and the wonderful level of service I received. -M. almost two months ago Prashanth Radhakrishnan call me regarding my transaction if I would like to go for it because you have a huge sale on going . however, we are not really interested to push with the regarding my transaction if I would like to go for it because you have a huge sale on going . however, we are not really interested to push with the purchase for personal reason and since you are advertising about the sale and it seems like a good deal and beside I like this dealership because of the previous person I dealt with which is wade and Justine really nice and honest persons. So I refer my friend instead and he did make a purchase before the week ends. Then I call Prashanth since my friend bought the car and ask what's in store for me and he told me that he is a process of mailing me a cheque and advice if I could refer some more and he will double the 2nd and triple the third customer that I can refer. And I come across my co-worker and good thing they are interested so I ask them if they can drop by your dealership since he mention that he will beat the offer of the other dealership. Good thing they did go there because this guy honestly if I'm gonna buy a vehicle I won't do business with him since he doesn't have a word of honor and just a user. I never receive that cheque and I was trying to get hold of him, his phone is always unattended, left a text message no response. call your dealership always busy ,felt like he's avoiding me. He's a disgrace to the good people working at this location for being a selfish person.You should appreciate others for helping you. I would never ever recommend this dealership and rather have them go somewhere else instead. Hope you succeed on your carreer with the way you are doing business. More
