I spent several months shopping at dealerships in Nova Scotia and left frustrated every time. I usually felt like they weren't really listening to what I wanted and were trying to get me into vehicles and Scotia and left frustrated every time. I contacted Dan, who I knew from when I lived in Edmonton and asked if he could help me out. After giving him the information about what I was looking for in a new car, including size, features and price (the same info I gave to the dealers I dealt with in person here in Nova Scotia), he helped me narrow it down to a few options that would work. We test drove a few of the options and decided on the Toyota Matrix. He had Jordan Clarke contact me to work out the details and they were able to run the deal through a dealership in their group that is located here in Nova Scotia. Jordan was great to deal with, he was patient, friendly, honest and easy to get a hold of. He arranged for the vehicle I wanted to be delivered and picking it up was quick and easy. I am really happy with the price and term and was amazed at how simple the whole process was compared to the experience I had at other dealerships here in Nova Scotia. More

Came in expecting an SUV and walked out with one even though my first pick was a no go they still pushed thru And got me into something way sooner then what I was expecting. Very friendly people, made sure I was happy and satisfied. They got me into a pretty nice SUV considering it was a 2010 used vehicle. The price could of been a little lower but at least all the other factors were more beneficial. Thanks guys for being patient with me and hope the great service continues after the sale. Can't wait to come back and see what options I have to explore. Thank you to all the kind gentlemen who were friendly and chatted with me throughout the day. More
Words can not express properly through a very bad experience that having Warren help me meant a lot. From the moment I walked in he was helpful and didn't just want to put me into a new vehicle but f experience that having Warren help me meant a lot. From the moment I walked in he was helpful and didn't just want to put me into a new vehicle but find something I needed. Long story short due to a series of unfortunate events that I wasn't in control of my car was no long road worthy. Warren not only helped me find the car I needed but over about 6 weeks in getting a large enough down payment he was promoted and when I called from out of the province ready to proceed he made sure the logistics were in motion and ready for me when I got back to Edmonton as I only had 1.5 days in the city before I headed out to work. Even when it wasn't his job anymore he made sure I was taken care of and kept checking on my status. Honestly if it weren't for Warren I would have probably never become an owner of a brand new vehicle. People should really take pointers from Warren on his customer service, my first visit was not a good one but not due to anything anyone at Kingsway did, but Warren took the time to talk to me and give me hope and pointers on how to proceed so I could get a new vehicle about 6 weeks later. Anyone who doesn't like car dealers should go to Kingsway and talk to Warren he not only makes you feel like a human being but he takes the time to meet your needs, not just sell a vehicle. A happy customer is a customer. I don't give free lip service to anyone, but when I feel someone deserves it I believe they should receive it!!! Our experience with Kingsway Toyota was very unexpected. It started out rough with inexperienced sales people and though we made a deal for a price that we thought was fair, it took a long time to get there It started out rough with inexperienced sales people and though we made a deal for a price that we thought was fair, it took a long time to get there and my husband and I left incredibly frustrated with the whole process. The unexpected part comes in how Kingsway Toyota followed up. I wrote a review on this website outlining my frustrations and was contacted that same day by a Kingsway Toyota representative stating that they would look into my complaint. At this point I still wasn’t holding my breath, but Kingsway meant it. My husband went in today to pick up our new vehicle. He was met by a very apologetic manager (Jordan Clark) who set things right. He addressed all of our concerns and threw in a couple of bonuses as an apology. He had my husband so convinced that Kingsway felt bad about our experience that my husband asked me to remove my original review of the dealership. In my experience it is very rare that a business actually stands behind their claim of good customer service and even rarer that they go to such lengths to set things right if they don’t succeed the first time. As a result, I would recommend this dealership to people looking to buy new vehicles with the added advice to not feel like you have to leave frustrated. If you’re not happy with the way things are going, talk to Jordan. He is committed to standing behind Kingsway’s claims of wanting you to leave happy with the vehicle you wanted. I would also like to compliment Justin Raspier for treating us with respect and valuing our time from the begining. More
