I searched for a dealership, approximately one month went by and I was getting quite frustrated with the service I was receiving. I would make an appointment and the salesman or saleswoman would tell me they by and I was getting quite frustrated with the service I was receiving. I would make an appointment and the salesman or saleswoman would tell me they have what I was searching for, I would go into to make the deal and they would have a totally different vehicle for me to test drive, informing me that this is similar to the one that i have been approved for. They did not have people skills, it was like they did not care about the customer. When I was referred to Kingsway Toyota, by my daughter, I was quite impressed by the service, everyone was quite friendly and Roniel Sewak immediately took care of my trade-in, I found him to be open and honest. I found everyone so friendly and helpful even to a point that I discovered an issue that I am going to look at resolving (which affects my credit rating).
