I found everyone so friendly and helpful even to a point that I discovered an issue that I am going to look at resolving (which affects my credit rating). My only concern was the amount of time it took whe that I discovered an issue that I am going to look at resolving (which affects my credit rating). I bought a used Toyota Corolla from Kyle Caldwell he was very helpful,polite, considerate and respectful. After a few days of driving the car I had some concerns regarding the windshield and remote starter. very helpful,polite, considerate and respectful. I then dealt with making arrangements with Haneen Halibi, she took great care of me and accommodated my schedule and dealt with my concerns, she was extremely pleasant to work with. While my car was being taken care of I used the complimentary shuttle service and had the pleasure of being driven by Saleem Dossa, who provided an on time, efficient friendly service. Overall I was very happy with my experience and am pleased with my new car. More

I was called by the sales associate to pick up my brand new truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was not detailed. The outside was covered in dirt, the inside still had the plastic on the s new truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was not detailed. The outside was covered in dirt, the inside still had the plastic on the seats, the wrong side step was installed, and the roof rack was missing one of the t-bars. I talked with the manager about the condition of the truck and we went out to look at it together, and found out that the undercoat and the paint protection did not get sprayed. The manager told me he would look after it personally and said that they would clean the truck and deliver it the next day. They then delivered it with the t-bar not installed on the roof rack, and told me that it needed a screw to install the t-bar and that they would drop off the screw the next day. I then received the screw, and guess what? It would not screw in because the whole roof rack was installed incorrectly. I then contacted the dealership told them I had to drive the truck back to the dealership to get the roof rack fixed. When I arrived they told me that they could not fix it that day and I would have to come back again. The final time I arrived everything was correct. I also had to contact the dealership multiple times to get them to send my information to my insurance. I then had to put a deposit down on the truck while they were installing the accessories, that I would get back upon delivery. Low and behold they totally forgot about giving my deposit back and I once again had to contact the finance department to receive my payment. This dealership FAILED in every aspect from the start, to the finish of the buying process. More
