Don't bother making an appointment for service. I booked a 9 am appt on a Saturday, arrived early and was advised it would be 2 hours before I would get in. I called on Monday to discuss with the service manager and wasn't given any reason why I was told I had to wait 2 hours, when my appointment was at 9. It isn't the first time this has happened but it was the last. No service performed, taking my time and business elsewhere. Why bother having appointments if you don't honour them??? More

I was going to buy another Tacoma, but the sales man have no clue on which model got what and He is giving me the wrong info, also these people don't give a xxxx about customer service, I purchase a 2019 Toy no clue on which model got what and He is giving me the wrong info, also these people don't give a xxxx about customer service, I purchase a 2019 Toyota 4Runner, it doesn't even have any map update, after asking several people about this issue, one guy at the part counter ask me for the Vin number, and tole me that it would cost me 800 Dollar for a chip to update it. but when I ask the other seller on the floor, they told me that every new vehicle come with GPS will have at least 3 years update, and so I come back and ask them this, and doesn't seem to want to help at all, after they take your money, there is no help, and they asking me why I don't take my vehicle there for service? why would I want to take my vehicle here and pay them when their service is a xxxx from the beginning, the next time I want a Toyota , I go out of town to get it. and when I need service I got out of town to pay for other people to look after my vehicle service, I don't mind paying for service but not with these guy. More

Beware Beware of going to this dealership they don’t care about customer and all they care about is money over customer service.
