She always does everything she possibly can to stay on top of things when getting my 2012 Toyota CE corolla sedan serviced and out of your garage on time. Thom another counter attendant does a great job of also seeing that my needs are met when taking my inquiries to have my vehicle serviced as well. The mechanics in the back are just as consistent when maintaining my vehicle throughout the last year since I originally started taking my vehicle in for oil changes, tire repairs and do a fabulous job in keeping my repairs consistent throughout the year. I'd also recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota to buy one and have it repaired at Kingsway Toyota cause when it comes to a smooth and efficient ride as the old adage imply's the only way to go is the Don Wheaton way! Excellent sales experience, finance hmmm Roneil Sewak helped us and he was one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with. Like most people we experienced sticker shock when the transpo Roneil Sewak helped us and he was one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with. Like most people we experienced sticker shock when the transport charges were added to the price, some $1,600. All through the process Roneil was helpful, straight shooting and he seemed to get us to the compromise on price we were looking for without a protracted and painful negotiation. When a mistake was made going from the offer to a final bill of sale, he was very helpful and straightened it out without delay. He delivered what he promised and he was very helpful even after the sale was closed, right up to delivery. Kudos and a big thanks to him! We also found the reception folks to be uncommonly friendly, engaging and helpful. The finance department did a very hard-sell on the extra warrenty, something we couldn't seem to say "no" to enough times. It was a harder sell than the energy guys at your door. The finance manager Chris eventually took over and helped us complete the paperwork to complete the transaction. The warrently sales pitch is the only thing that keeps us from a five star rating.
