From the start I knew that I could trust him to provide me with reliable information and service. Later, I had Kim Mackinnon as my service advisor. Kim is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when she is under pressure, she stills smile and maintain her professionalism. As a result of the good customer service that Jonny and Kim provide, I am glad to say that I am back at Kingsway Toyota. I have recommended my friends and coworkers to see Kim and Johnny when they need to have their cars service. I trust them and know that they will take care of my car’s needs. Moreover, he has always accommodated our schedule and offered us loaner vehicle whenever possible. When there was an issue with our vehicles, he always took his time to explain the problem and how it impact the safety of the vehicle. There were couple times where we need certain thing fixed immediately, he went above and beyond and made it happen for us. He exceeded our expectation every time.
