Such a bad experience I bought a used (2008) vehicle from Kingsway in 2010. I got the lemon and there was $6,000+ needed in repairs with only 71,000 km on the vehicle in 2 I bought a used (2008) vehicle from Kingsway in 2010. I got the lemon and there was $6,000+ needed in repairs with only 71,000 km on the vehicle in 2014. The vehicle was over the 5-year time limit and while I wasn't expecting anyone to cover all the costs, a price break would have been helpful. Toyota Canada said they would work with me if the dealership would advocate for me. They suggested that I call the service manager. I phoned the service manager and instead of helping me, he tried to sell me a new car, or at least get credit for the referral. This made a bad time much worse. As well, in the four years we owned the vehicle, Kingsway never transferred the registration from them to us so we didn't always get the recall notices and it made tracking down the information at Toyota Canada even more difficult. I would never recommend them. We bought a new vehicle from another dealership. The sales person at the other dealership showed us more features before the test drive than we were shown before or after we purchased the vehicle at Kingsway. I wished we would have checked them out before we bought. More

The worse experience I ever have Kingsway Toyota is the worst dealer I ever have especially in service department. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, rude receptionist.... T Kingsway Toyota is the worst dealer I ever have especially in service department. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, rude receptionist.... They just want to take the money from your pocket. After I paid the service charge they claimed the problem was fixed. However, just after one week the same problem happens again. Now they're going to charge the parts again and my car is still under the warranty. They don't fix anything. they just hide something from the customers. I will not buy any car from kingsway toyota and will not do any maintenance there. More
