Such a bad experience I bought a used (2008) vehicle from Kingsway in 2010. I got the lemon and there was $6,000+ needed in repairs with only 71,000 km on the vehicle in 2 I bought a used (2008) vehicle from Kingsway in 2010. I got the lemon and there was $6,000+ needed in repairs with only 71,000 km on the vehicle in 2014. The vehicle was over the 5-year time limit and while I wasn't expecting anyone to cover all the costs, a price break would have been helpful. Toyota Canada said they would work with me if the dealership would advocate for me. They suggested that I call the service manager. I phoned the service manager and instead of helping me, he tried to sell me a new car, or at least get credit for the referral. This made a bad time much worse. As well, in the four years we owned the vehicle, Kingsway never transferred the registration from them to us so we didn't always get the recall notices and it made tracking down the information at Toyota Canada even more difficult. I would never recommend them. We bought a new vehicle from another dealership. The sales person at the other dealership showed us more features before the test drive than we were shown before or after we purchased the vehicle at Kingsway. I wished we would have checked them out before we bought. More

I've never experienced such consistent and friendly service Hannan Borhot who works at the front end counter at Kingsway Toyota should be promoted to Manager for service and parts. I've always found her pleasent in my dealings with her. She always does everything she possibly can to stay on top of things when getting my 2012 Toyota CE corolla sedan serviced and out of your garage on time. Thom another counter attendant does a great job of also seeing that my needs are met when taking my inquiries to have my vehicle serviced as well. The mechanics in the back are just as consistent when maintaining my vehicle throughout the last year since I originally started taking my vehicle in for oil changes, tire repairs and do a fabulous job in keeping my repairs consistent throughout the year. I'd also recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota to buy one and have it repaired at Kingsway Toyota cause when it comes to a smooth and efficient ride as the old adage imply's the only way to go is the Don Wheaton way! More

The worse experience I ever have Kingsway Toyota is the worst dealer I ever have especially in service department. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, rude receptionist.... T Kingsway Toyota is the worst dealer I ever have especially in service department. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, rude receptionist.... They just want to take the money from your pocket. After I paid the service charge they claimed the problem was fixed. However, just after one week the same problem happens again. Now they're going to charge the parts again and my car is still under the warranty. They don't fix anything. they just hide something from the customers. I will not buy any car from kingsway toyota and will not do any maintenance there. More

I really think that his way of dealing with the customers is the right way because if I go in a dealership to by a car you don't need to be aggressive because that turns people like me off. Excellent Service I visited the dealership from a friend recommendation. I asked for a sales person and met Gerry Domingo and I am glad I did. He is very attentive and I visited the dealership from a friend recommendation. I asked for a sales person and met Gerry Domingo and I am glad I did. He is very attentive and understood that I needed a specific truck straight from get go. After few paper work with finance, I was able to get a best deal with my trade in and was set to have Tundra trd as requested. I was not pressured into something I did not want and Gerry went the extra mile to explain to Sales manager and the deal was met with help of Jordan Clarke. I have been in touch with Gerry up to now and will be picking up my truck on Saturday. I will recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Kingsway Toyota because of their professional staff and the whole management at large. More
