Great I haven't purchased a new vehicle so this was the first time in doing so! Poor service by Sales person As on Dec 10 2014, I did call about 10am to sales and asked about 2015 Toyota sienna xle limited for test drive and one of the sales person(Jorge) tol As on Dec 10 2014, I did call about 10am to sales and asked about 2015 Toyota sienna xle limited for test drive and one of the sales person(Jorge) told that he is going to call me after checking inventory and i did wait about 10 mins and then received call from same sales person and he told me that he don't have particular vehicle but his colleague can show me similar vehicle and he set time for viewing the similar vehicle and test drive for AWD. I reached at showroom after drove 35 kms and took half day from work. When i reached there and talk with Chris Pang(colleague of sales person), he told me unfortunately that similar vehicle is not arrived and i am sorry...........what a xxxxxxxx i took my half day off, loose half day pay and drove 35 kms and then he said vehicle is not arrived, they he should call me if vehicle was not there and his Colleague check inventory before he did call me........so how can this happened. These guys are not sure whats going on their showroom even sales manager(Justin) called me too but he did not know difference between xle limited and standard......... so how we can put trust on this showroom............ More

I ended up buying from elsewhere but she left a good impression to me so I came back to her this time I need another vehicle. I have traded my vehicle for a 2015 Venza from Kingsway Toyota more than a couple of weeks ago and I'd say that my experience with the dealer was very I have traded my vehicle for a 2015 Venza from Kingsway Toyota more than a couple of weeks ago and I'd say that my experience with the dealer was very satisfactory. Tim Pham, the Product Advisor who assisted me in my purchase is very friendly and accommodating. I never felt any pressure from him during the entire negotiations. Alan Lim, the Business Manager who handled the finance aspect of my purchase, was very clear and straight forward in explaining things I needed to know regarding the purchase. Both guys have been very patient and professional to me in all the haggling and bargaining I did. I would highly recommend Kingsway Toyota to my friends! More
